Every system on the Weldie Air is designed, tested, and built for one thing: a clean, repeatable weld on a real production floor.
No water chiller. No plumbing. The 3D vapor-compression cooling loop pulls heat off the fiber source fast enough to run 1500W continuous duty in a 32 kg body.
Industrial-grade fiber laser source, designed for handheld operation. Stable beam delivery, tight spot, repeatable welds across shifts.
The handheld torch speaks Modbus. Live current, voltage, and temperature stream out for QA logging, line integration, and predictive maintenance.
